Die Cleanfactory Erlensee ist eine hochmoderne Waschanlage mit großer, überdachter Saughalle (ca. 15 Minuten gratis, inkl. Mattenreiniger und Druckluft). Viel Platz, auch für große Fahrzeuge. Die Waschleistung wird allgemein als sehr gründlich gelobt; gelegentlich gab es Beschwerden über schwache Dampfvorwäsche oder Restschmutz. Das Team gilt als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Chef ist anwesend. Die Preise reichen von okay bis etwas höher, werden aber aufgrund der inkludierten Touch-Up-Zone grundsätzlich positiv bewertet. Gelegentlich wird aktive Programmbewertung/Upselling kritisiert.
